We know first hand the importance of KNOW YOUR FARMER and SUPPORT YOUR RANCHER! Our story began with family members and a couple of friends who could only eat bison as their source of red meat. Coming from cattle and wheat farming families this perplexed us. We decided to go down the Bison Trail and want to share our knowledge with others.
